Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (Performance)

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (Performance) at Future Processing is a pivotal role within the Software Development & QA team, focusing on ensuring the performance and reliability of software solutions. This position is based in Gliwice, Poland, and offers a remote work option, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance tests, automating testing processes using Cypress, and developing test frameworks. Your daily tasks will include analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to optimize software performance. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases and strategies, to ensure thorough coverage and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in performance testing and test automation using Cypress. Proficiency in designing test strategies, test planning, and test management is essential. Familiarity with network protocols, security concepts, and relational databases is advantageous. A solid understanding of methodologies such as BDD, ATDD, and Specification by Example is also beneficial. Fluency in English at an intermediate level (minimum B2) is required.

Compensation for this role is competitive, with rates ranging from 90 to 135 PLN per hour (net plus VAT) for B2B contracts, or 10,840 to 16,370 PLN gross for employment contracts. Additional benefits and perks are provided, details of which can be discussed during the interview process.
