Senior Python Developer

The Senior Python Developer will join a dynamic team focused on developing scalable applications and maintaining backend services to support RISK's global operations.

In this role, the developer will be responsible for building and optimizing backend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Key responsibilities include participating in architectural decision-making, designing and developing functional solutions, and proactively addressing technical challenges. The developer will also develop scalable web APIs, implement sophisticated business logic, and create asynchronous services in data-oriented applications. Ensuring the application remains responsive and high-performing while accommodating a growing user base is essential.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial Python development experience, with a strong understanding of data structures, testing methodologies, and design patterns. Experience with AMQP protocols, particularly RabbitMQ, and proficiency in maintaining and implementing message broker solutions are important. A solid understanding of microservices architecture, high-load systems, and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB are required. Familiarity with asynchronous frameworks, SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming, and modern development tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is also necessary.
