Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Monks, you will lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external partners to bring ambitious ideas to fruition on time and within budget. This role is based in Colombia and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, global team dedicated to redefining how brands interact with the world.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end production processes, translating creative concepts into clear roadmaps and deliverables, and managing resources across various teams. You will drive meetings and communications to keep stakeholders aligned, proactively identify and resolve potential risks, and ensure quality and consistency by managing vendors and production partners. Additionally, you will maintain transparent documentation and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments, with a strong understanding of creative and production workflows. Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro is essential. Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level) are required, along with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities. A flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset is crucial, and experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams is a plus.
