Senior Project Manager / Data Team
Fever is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Data Team in Madrid. This role involves leading high-impact, data-driven initiatives that enhance revenue, efficiency, and customer experiences. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the Data Team and key business verticals, driving performance improvements through data analytics, automation, and AI.
Key responsibilities include understanding business goals and challenges, co-owning performance improvement initiatives, and translating business needs into clear project plans. The role requires leading cross-functional alignment among business, data science, and engineering teams, delivering data products such as pipelines, predictive models, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will promote decision intelligence by scaling predictive analytics and experimentation frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. They should have experience leading data or AI-driven projects with cross-functional teams and a proven track record of influencing business performance through data-driven initiatives. A strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, forecasting, and experimentation is essential, along with exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset.
