Senior Project Manager - Business Operations

As a Senior Project Manager in Business Operations, you will lead business-critical projects from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Commercial Systems. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing scope and timelines, coordinating changes to Salesforce configurations, and overseeing structured testing and user acceptance cycles. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to refining the team's project delivery practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in business operations within a technology-driven environment. Strong experience with Salesforce configurations, business process management, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also required.
