Senior Programme Manager - Air Defence
Helsing is seeking a Senior Programme Manager – Air Defence to lead strategic partnerships and customer programs that shape the future of air defense. This role involves direct collaboration with industry partners, procurement agencies, and armed forces to implement Helsing's advanced technology in air defense initiatives. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to influence customer perspectives on software and AI applications in defense, national security, and intelligence.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for current and future air defense programs. The role requires managing complex defense programs from initial engagement to high-quality delivery, anticipating market trends, and creating new business opportunities. The Senior Programme Manager will independently lead projects in close collaboration with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Helsing's strategic goals.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales and delivery within the defense industry, government, or related professional services. Experience with complex sales and bid campaigns in the defense sector is essential. A university degree in a relevant field, such as Political Science, International Security, Business Administration, Data Science, or Aerospace Engineering, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership of complex challenges and initiative in driving strategic programs to successful completion.
