Senior Program Manager, IT Program Management Office
The Senior Program Manager, IT Program Management Office at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is responsible for leading the enterprise IT program portfolio, driving project management, designing IT roadmaps and resourcing plans, shaping data strategy and architecture, and ensuring governance, compliance, and cross-company technology delivery at scale. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is part of the Information Technology organization.
Key responsibilities include leading the IT PMO function by establishing and maturing program management frameworks, governance structures, and delivery standards across Voyager’s enterprise IT portfolio. The role involves developing and owning Voyager’s data strategy and architecture, partnering with business unit and technical leaders to define data governance frameworks, data infrastructure standards, and a long-term data roadmap that enables enterprise decision-making and operational scalability. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager drives end-to-end program and project management for IT initiatives across Voyager’s business units, managing scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 10 years of experience in IT program management, enterprise architecture, or related functions; or a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience; or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional IT programs with enterprise-wide scope and C-suite or board-level visibility, including full lifecycle management of multi-workstream initiatives. Experience driving IT governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management programs is also required.
