Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives within its Connected Warfare Division in Europe. This division focuses on developing next-generation, software-defined distributed command and control architectures and C4 hardware, aiming to orchestrate and automate third-party combat-fielded sensors and strike networks for synchronized joint operations. The role is pivotal in deploying reliable and robust capabilities on operationally relevant timelines to address complex challenges across European defense departments.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of programs, exceeding both internal and external stakeholder expectations while meeting all business financial commitments. Key responsibilities include managing pre-contract activities related to proposed delivery schedules and resourcing, demonstrating collaborative leadership by building trust with teams, customers, and peers, and holding the cross-functional team accountable for executing business outcomes. The role also involves effective communication with customers and Anduril leadership, driving program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives, and creating comprehensive communication plans for stakeholder management. Additionally, the manager will define and maintain a PMO dashboard to support contractual and internal reporting requirements, navigate customer change requests while maintaining program velocity, and oversee the development of media and artifacts to illustrate program progress. Managing complex hardware and software components within the program and overseeing subcontractors to performance, schedule, and budget are also critical aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in defense or government contracting, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex software programs. A strong understanding of government contracting processes and large government program management is essential, along with the ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes and manage program impacts across multiple stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required, as well as strong financial management skills, including budget development and tracking. Experience with the development and management of program metrics and dashboards, the ability to actively develop and execute an effective program risk management plan, and experience in developing and executing communication strategies for high-visibility programs are also necessary. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 75%, is expected.

Preferred qualifications include a proven track record in designing and implementing best practices that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth, experience with both hardware and software development lifecycles, and experience with business development and bid writing activities. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. PMP certification or equivalent is also preferred.

Anduril Industries offers a competitive compensation package, including highly competitive equity grants for full-time employees. The company provides top-tier benefits, such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, income protection through life and disability insurance, generous time off with a holiday hiatus in December, caregiver and wellness leave, family planning and parenting support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance depending on role eligibility. Retirement savings plans are also available, with options varying by region.
