Senior Program Controls Analyst
The Senior Program Controls Analyst at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is a key member of the Program Planning & Controls team, collaborating closely with the department's senior manager and analysts to ensure effective program planning and execution. This role supports a diverse portfolio of programs serving DoD, NASA, and commercial clients, encompassing various contract types, including Firm-Fixed Price and Cost-Plus contracts, some requiring compliance with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules, applying appropriate rigor based on contract type. The analyst supports the creation of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), facilitates Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and prepares program performance metrics such as BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, and Estimate at Completion (EAC). Collaboration with the Program Controls Scheduler ensures effective cost-schedule integration, and interfacing with corporate finance aligns program reporting with business objectives.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program controls, financial analysis, or a related area within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors. Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience with ForProject and Empower tools is preferred.
