Senior Production Engineer

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure. As a key member of the Production Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with service owners to design, implement, and maintain systems that support our AI-driven services. This role offers the opportunity to work within a rapidly expanding company recognized as one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies of 2024.

In this position, you will take ownership of critical systems and frameworks, leading their architecture and long-term evolution. Your responsibilities will include delivering engineering projects that enhance availability, scalability, and operational automation. You will also build and maintain observability tools, participate in incident response, and improve deployment workflows to ensure production readiness.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in building and operating distributed systems or cloud platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go is essential, along with a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, particularly Kubernetes. Experience with modern observability stacks and a proven track record of implementing reliability improvements are also required.

CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of 250,000 PLN to 428,000 PLN, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
