Senior Product Marketing Manager

The company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives within its core Rent experience, acting as a pivotal partner to Product, Design, and Growth teams.
In this role, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will own and drive critical product initiatives from conception through launch and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include developing clear, differentiated positioning grounded in customer insights, shaping in-product experiences to enhance user onboarding and education, and leading go-to-market strategies that ensure measurable business impact. The role also involves continuous testing and optimization of messaging and user experiences to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in product marketing, particularly within high-growth consumer or fintech environments. A proven track record of leading end-to-end product marketing for complex launches, strong cross-functional influence, strategic and analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, intuitive messaging are essential. High ownership and a bias for action in lean environments are also key attributes.
Flex offers a competitive compensation package, with base salaries ranging from $164,000 to $205,000 USD for candidates in Tier 1 markets such as NYC and San Francisco. For other U.S. locations, compensation is adjusted based on geographic pay differentials.
