Senior Product Manager - Telehealth (x/f/m)
As a Senior Product Manager for Doctolib Telehealth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of patients and healthcare professionals connect remotely across Europe. With over 10 million patients utilizing Doctolib Telehealth annually, you will define both the immediate user experience and the long-term vision for synchronous and asynchronous remote consultations. This position is based in Milan and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Doctolib's telehealth capabilities within the Remote Care stream. Your day-to-day activities will include driving both short-term product execution and long-term strategic vision for remote consultations, making high-level architectural decisions in collaboration with engineering counterparts, and conducting user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, clinical experts, and go-to-market stakeholders to build solutions serving multiple user personas across all Doctolib markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management, working with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders, and leadership. A strong analytical mindset grounded in data and customer needs is essential, along with experience in developing and launching products in a large-scale SaaS or B2B environment. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German or French is considered a plus. Experience in the healthcare industry and/or leveraging advanced technology such as AI, as well as familiarity with multi-market, multi-regulatory environments in Europe, would be advantageous.
