ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team and help drive our mission to make legal services accessible by eliminating drudgery for lawyers. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape our roadmap and deliver solutions for our customers. Our current PM team is a small, agile team of two, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to have a significant impact on our growth trajectory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own product outcomes and OKRs for our core experience team - increase activation and retention

- Develop and drive a quarterly roadmap and product strategy aligned with Spellbook’s company mission

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features that enhance our AI-powered contract review and drafting tools.

- Design and prototype new features

- Conduct user research and leverage customer insights to prioritize features and drive product decisions.

- Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to launch products effectively and communicate value propositions.
