Senior Product Manager, Risk
EarnIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Risk team in Mountain View, California. This role focuses on expanding EarnIn's Risk Platform and developing innovative products to address challenges in Credit, Fraud, and Risk/Fraud Operations. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence two days a week.
In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to create and scale impactful products that meet the needs of EarnIn's community. Your responsibilities include defining ambitious objectives and key results (OKRs), utilizing user research and data analytics to identify and prioritize product opportunities, and executing features and experiments to refine product offerings. Additionally, you will develop and implement robust risk management strategies for credit and fraud, integrating these practices seamlessly into EarnIn's products and processes.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of relevant industry experience, with at least two years in product management. Proficiency in AI tools for research synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis is essential. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, is preferred. Strong analytical skills, deep empathy for user needs, and exceptional communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $229,000 to $280,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
