ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of core product areas that power millions of AI-driven conversations. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure we’re shipping products that are fast, reliable, intuitive — and worthy of becoming the industry standard.
This role is highly technical with a wide scope and a direct impact on our customers. You’ll work across real-time audio, telephony workflows, agent behavior, and developer tools—all to build products that enable thousands of businesses to deliver faster, more reliable, and more human customer experiences every day.
