Senior Product Manager, Platform

As a Senior Product Manager, Platform at Mindbody, you will lead the development and enhancement of our internal platform capabilities, focusing on improving developer experience, infrastructure, security, and software development lifecycle operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our platform, enabling our engineering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with internal developers to gather feedback, identifying opportunities for platform improvement, and evangelizing platform capabilities to ensure optimal utilization. You will own the platform roadmap, driving initiatives to enhance reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Collaboration with security, compliance, and architecture teams will be essential to ensure scalable and secure platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of product management experience, particularly in building and scaling B2B or enterprise-grade platforms. A strong technical acumen is required, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams on topics such as infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and platform architecture. Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
