Senior Product Manager (Japan)

Agoda is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. As a key player in our product-centric organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and launch innovative travel solutions that enhance user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and make a significant impact on Agoda's growth and strategy.

In this position, you will analyze the online travel ecosystem, market trends, and user requirements to conceptualize, launch, and optimize products and features. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include experimenting with new ideas, testing their performance, and iterating quickly to ensure our solutions are perfectly tailored to our travelers. Collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams will be essential to develop cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics. A proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making is crucial. Strong data skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and experience in developing and launching products are required. An entrepreneurial and analytical mindset, along with a hands-on mentality, will be key to success in this role.
