About the Role
In this role, you will be the Product Manager driving the systems and programs required for Dandy to achieve and maintain compliance in new international markets. This includes owning the strategy, definition, and delivery of core compliance infrastructure for areas such as data residency, healthcare data security, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU Data Act, French HDS).
What You'll Do
- Drive Product Definition and Roadmap: Partner with Legal, Security, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HDS, EU Data Act) into detailed product requirements, and a prioritized roadmap for compliance features and infrastructure.
- Serve as the Cross-Functional Leader: Act as the primary interface between legal, security, engineering, and business stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on compliance progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Facilitate Technical Alignment: Drive the technical discovery and decision-making process for compliance architecture, ensuring the global platform is secure, performant, and resilient across diverse international requirements.
- Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
