Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This role is situated within the Platform Integrity & Protection area, collaborating closely with the Accounts team to ensure secure and scalable account structures. The position is based in Boston, MA, requiring full-time, on-site presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for IAM, focusing on enhancing account security, preventing abuse, and supporting enterprise-scale use cases. You will work cross-functionally with teams such as Security, Compliance, and Core Platform to align on authentication, authorization, and identity systems. Your efforts will aim to build platform tools that enable self-serve capabilities and scalable workflows across the business.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, particularly in platform, infrastructure, or security domains. Experience with account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS environments is essential. The role requires strong technical acumen, the ability to drive cross-team alignment, and a balance between short-term execution and long-term strategic planning.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $136,000 to $204,000 USD, with additional benefits such as participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
