Senior Product Manager (IaCM)

Harness is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Infrastructure as Code Management (IaCM) product line. This role involves collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to translate complex customer and platform requirements into precise technical specifications, backlog priorities, and delivery plans. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, partnering with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centered designs, writing clear and detailed product requirements documents, and providing technical guidance to ensure optimal design and scalability. The role also involves overseeing the development lifecycle, monitoring product performance, and managing the product backlog to prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in building and scaling technical products is required. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices, including familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), is essential. Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, or related domains is also necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with exceptional communication and leadership abilities, are expected.
