Senior Product Manager - Data Management (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the DODO team within the Platform domain, focusing on data management products that store, view, and update persistent data. The Platform domain's mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a "Platform as a Product" mindset, enabling product teams to develop features more efficiently for healthcare professionals and patients.
In this role, you will scope and prioritize requirements for data management products used by over 600 engineers, including multiple datastores, file storage, data access, and data lifecycle solutions. You will define the vision, success metrics, and own the product strategy, working closely with the Engineering Manager to build a prioritized roadmap and product plan. Additionally, you will lead the execution of projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specification writing, validation of developments, rollout, and follow-up on results and impacts.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership, including working with developers, leading rituals, and writing specifications. You should have extensive experience with technical products and platforms, a passion for solving complex technical problems, and strong experience developing and launching products in a large-scale international B2B environment. Fluency in English and French at a C1 level is required, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to transform healthcare.
