Senior Product Manager - AI

NetDocuments is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions that transform how legal professionals interact with their information. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver intelligent solutions that enhance productivity and confidence in the legal industry.

Key responsibilities include defining and driving the roadmap for AI-powered solutions, managing the product backlog to align with business priorities and customer needs, and creating detailed product specifications with comprehensive acceptance criteria. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product features, conduct regular backlog grooming sessions, and monitor the delivery pipeline to proactively address any blockers or risks.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in software development, legal technology, or product management, with a strong technical background and a passion for building innovative products. While expertise in generative AI is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving space is essential. Proven ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making, a metrics-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills are also crucial for success in this role.
