A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking, problem framing, exploration, rationale, collaboration, iteration, and measurable impact is crucial. Experience in complex domains, strong product instincts, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals are highly valued. Proficiency in collaborative, cross-functional environments and the capability to independently plan and execute research are also important.

Compensation for this role in San Francisco, CA, ranges from $169,000 to $199,000 annually.
