Senior Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer at Mindbody, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex B2B platforms into intuitive and polished user experiences. This position is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who thrives on complexity and is adept at translating intricate systems into clear, elegant, and human-centered designs. Your work will directly support wellness businesses, making the impact of great design both meaningful and measurable.
In this role, you will identify strategic opportunities where design can drive business growth and inspire new product directions. You will anticipate future needs and create compelling product visions that align design, product, engineering, and leadership. Regularly sharing your work with leaders and cross-functional partners, you will incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully. Championing excellence in craft and product thinking, you will set a high bar for quality across the organization. Additionally, you will communicate ideas through polished prototypes, clear narratives, and strong storytelling, while building resilient, scalable frameworks that elevate design quality and consistency across the entire product.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of product design experience, balancing ambitious vision with staged, thoughtful rollouts. You should see product and design leadership as intertwined and embrace opportunities to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity. Thriving on complexity, you love diving into broad, deep problem spaces and excel at working independently to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear, cohesive visions. You translate business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities and are a strong product thinker who forms rigorous hypotheses, influences team understanding, and spots new opportunities. Analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights, you turn them into actionable recommendations. You are excited about creating experiences that reduce friction for small and growing businesses so they can focus on transforming people's well-being.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $140,000 to $175,000 annually. The total compensation package may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
