Senior Product Designer, Growth

The Foundation team at LaunchDarkly is dedicated to making the platform the preferred choice for startups and small engineering teams. This role focuses on enhancing the trial experience, streamlining SDK integration, and ensuring developers quickly realize the value of LaunchDarkly without unnecessary friction.

Key responsibilities include designing the trial and activation experience from signup through SDK integration and conversion to a paid plan. The role involves analyzing customer insights, product analytics, and sales feedback to identify and address drop-offs in the user journey. Additionally, the designer will develop agentic onboarding experiences and improve the discoverability of advanced features like experiments and guarded releases.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in digital product design, particularly in B2B software with a focus on growth design in developer or technical product contexts. Experience in running design experiments, analyzing activation metrics, and making data-driven decisions is essential. Familiarity with developer experiences, including CLI usage, SDK setup, and API credential management, is also required.

Compensation varies based on location, with annual salaries ranging from $145,500 to $235,400.
