Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at DISCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal technology by designing intuitive and innovative solutions for legal professionals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create user-centric products that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of legal workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design process from concept to execution, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will also be expected to advocate for best design practices, contribute to the evolution of the design system, and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with experience in designing complex applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in the legal tech industry or designing for enterprise software is a plus.
