Senior Product Designer - Authentication Team

Veriff is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Authentication Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to enhance our identity verification products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and functionality. As part of a diverse, international design team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering a digital source of truth for identities worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading product design initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration. This involves facilitating workshops with stakeholders to define project scopes and priorities, creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for testing, and generating insights through user research and data analysis. You will also collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across products and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep curiosity about the industry. A strategic mindset is essential, with the capability to align design strategies with business goals and user needs. Experience in data-driven design decision-making, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and proficiency in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also required. Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial.
