Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and an active bar membership in good standing. A minimum of 6–8 years of legal experience, with substantial focus on product counseling, is required. Experience advising on data-intensive or AI-powered products, along with a working knowledge of legal issues related to technology products, is essential. Strong commercial instincts, the ability to operate in ambiguous, cross-jurisdictional environments, and excellent communication skills are also important.
