What you’ll do
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, set success criteria, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, enterprise feature adoption, and workflow performance to uncover insights that guide product strategy.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product and business stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and validate new ideas.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that help teams monitor progress and make faster, smarter decisions.
- Work closely with the Head of Product (Enterprise) to inform roadmap prioritisation, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with user needs and enterprise goals.
- Champion analytical best practices, supporting the product team to become more data fluent and self-sufficient.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or business analytics, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
