Senior Producer, Performance Creative

Monks is seeking a Senior Producer to join our Performance Creative team, focusing on developing high-impact creative solutions that drive measurable results for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with account services and creative teams to produce content optimized for various digital platforms.

The Senior Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process, translating client briefs into compelling design, video, and animation assets tailored for paid media channels such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to platform best practices, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience in performance creative production, preferably within a performance-focused agency. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form content production and client-facing communication is essential. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
