Senior Producer, Performance Creative

Monks is seeking a Senior Producer to join our Performance Creative team, reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Production. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our creative services within a leading performance marketing agency, collaborating closely with Account Services and clients to develop impactful creative solutions.

As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the translation of client briefs into direct response designs, videos, and animations for various paid platforms, including Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your responsibilities will encompass managing short-form video production processes, ensuring efficient project timelines, and serving as the liaison between concept and execution by coordinating with clients and creative teams. Additionally, you will initiate new projects, co-create pitches and proposals, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and exceptional delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in performance creative production, preferably within a performance-focused agency, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in fast-paced environments. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required, along with client-facing communication experience and a deep understanding of short-form content production. A four-year college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is also preferred.
