Senior PR&D Program Manager
The Senior PR&D Program Manager at AppsFlyer is a pivotal role within the company's Product, Research, and Development (PR&D) team. The manager will define and implement unit metrics and KPIs, coach teams using agile methodologies, and facilitate quarterly planning and QPR processes. Identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to program management workflows, such as planning, reporting, risk tracking, and retrospectives, and driving their adoption across the unit is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should have over five years of program management experience within an engineering and product environment, particularly with SaaS products. Experience in leading large-scale projects through the complete product cycle in large organizations (~500 R&D and Product) is essential. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, program management practices, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack is required. Strong mentoring and coaching skills, the ability to embrace change and handle ambiguity, and familiarity with AI tools relevant to program management are also important. A basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines is beneficial.
