As a leading Conversational AI SaaS company, we are dedicated to transforming the financial services industry by developing a universal banking assistant powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform. Our mission is to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers by providing intelligent financial products.
In this role, you will design and implement core platforms that power multi-agent orchestration, real-time decision-making, and AI workflows. Your responsibilities will include building structured control layers around large language model integrations to ensure reliability and low latency, developing abstractions that allow AI systems to operate safely and predictably at scale, and contributing to evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail systems for the AI development lifecycle.

Strong proficiency in Python and at least one backend language (Node.js or Go) is required. Experience with observability and tracing systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana, as well as hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK, is essential. A deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization is also necessary.
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $170,000 and $210,000, plus performance bonuses and equity options. We offer 100% paid health, dental, and vision care, a 401(k) match, discretionary PTO, paid parental leave, and mental health, wellness, and family benefits.
At Interface AI, we foster a high-trust, fast-growth environment where innovation meets real-world impact. Our values include acting like you're the founder, speaking your mind with candor, pursuing excellence, and maintaining an AI-first mindset. Joining our team means contributing to the future of banking and making a meaningful difference in the financial well-being of consumers.
