Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day relationships with existing vendors and prospective partners, ensuring consistent service quality, and leading initiatives to improve the underwriting process. Additionally, the manager will monitor and report on partner performance against established KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business operations, product strategy, or management consulting, with a proven track record of driving business growth through rapid, iterative improvement. Experience in fintech, insurance, financial services, or real estate is preferred, along with strong data analysis skills and exceptional negotiation abilities.
