Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective partners, developing vertical-specific partnership strategies, and delivering partner-facing presentations. The role also involves structuring creative partnership models, leading complex commercial negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate new partnership constructs. Maintaining a robust pipeline and transitioning closed partnerships to Partnership Managers for ongoing account management are essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, or business development, preferably within healthcare or digital health sectors. Demonstrated success in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is crucial. Strong operational and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance are highly valued. Experience navigating Fortune 1000 enterprise environments and structuring partnerships across multiple geographies is advantageous.

BetterHelp offers a competitive compensation package, including on-target earnings ranging from $229,000 to $271,000 annually.
