Senior Partner Project Manager

This role involves coordinating between event organizers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from contract signing to event completion. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with Fever’s expertise and goals. The role also involves overseeing the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress. Additionally, the Senior Partner Project Manager will monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to support continuous growth, as well as gathering and analyzing partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in project management or consulting, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. A strategic thinker who can leverage data to drive decision-making and address partnership challenges will excel in this role.
