Senior Partner Manager
The Senior Partner Manager at Fever is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with Fever’s expertise and goals. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress. The Senior Partner Manager will monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to support continuous growth, regularly preparing reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to proactively address challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction, as well as gathering and analyzing partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancement recommendations.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in project management or consulting, with proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships through excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and additional language fluency is a plus. The ideal candidate is analytical and solutions-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. A proactive, curious mindset, eager to explore new ideas and exceed expectations, is essential, along with being a collaborative team player, ready to take ownership and support others as needed. Strategic thinking with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and address partnership challenges is also important.
