WPP Media is seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic social team in Sweden. This role offers the opportunity to work on social media advertising campaigns for leading brands, utilizing cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with various platforms. The position is available in our Gothenburg, Malmö, or Stockholm offices.

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for managing large accounts in social media, mentoring junior specialists, and developing best practices within the platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include campaign management and optimization across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will also provide strategic recommendations for social media advertising, including platform selection, budgeting, KPIs, target audience identification, and creative input. Additionally, you will analyze and report on campaign performance based on defined goals and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in full-funnel social media buying with a focus on performance, either at a media agency or with an advertiser. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager is essential, along with good knowledge of LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with dashboards and third-party platforms, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Excel, are also required. A university degree or relevant education in digital marketing is preferred. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary, along with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
