Fever is seeking a Senior Onsite Operations Lead to oversee the execution of its most significant events. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in live environments, guaranteeing smooth event operations, high team performance, and partner confidence throughout the execution. The Senior Onsite Operations Lead will collaborate closely with Strategic Event Managers to translate operational plans into flawless on-site execution. This hands-on position requires leading teams, enforcing standards, and taking control of situations as needed.

Key responsibilities include leading the onsite execution of medium and large-scale events, acting as the main operational reference point during live events, and ensuring all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. The role also involves coordinating and leading onsite staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood, proactively identifying underperformance and correcting it in real time, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and execution. Additionally, the Senior Onsite Operations Lead will ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsite, detect and fix operational issues immediately, and maintain consistency and quality across all event setups. They will act as the main point of contact for partners during event execution, providing confidence, clarity, and quick responses to any situation, and represent Fever with professionalism and control. Collaboration with Strategic Event Managers to understand event design, translate operational plans into real-world execution, and provide feedback to improve future setups is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles, with proven experience managing teams in real-time environments and a strong track record in delivering high-quality execution under pressure. They should be execution-focused, able to lead teams and take control when needed, detail-oriented to notice and fix small issues before they escalate, decisive in acting quickly and confidently in live situations, and a people leader who knows how to motivate and correct teams. Experience in large-scale or high-complexity events and familiarity with operational tools such as ticketing, access control, and POS systems are advantageous. Fluency in English is required, with additional local language skills being a plus depending on the region.
