The Senior Onsite Operations Lead at Fever is responsible for overseeing the execution of medium to large-scale events, ensuring operational excellence in live environments. This role involves leading onsite teams, maintaining high performance standards, and acting as the primary operational contact during events. The position is based in Dubai and requires close collaboration with Strategic Event Managers to translate operational plans into flawless on-site execution.
Key responsibilities include leading the onsite execution of events, coordinating and managing onsite staff such as coordinators, temporary staff, and suppliers, and ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining high standards of professionalism, proactively identifying and correcting underperformance in real-time, and ensuring processes and tools are correctly applied onsite. Additionally, the Senior Onsite Operations Lead acts as the main point of contact for partners during event execution, providing confidence and quick responses to any situation.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in live event operations, hospitality, or similar onsite-heavy roles, with proven experience managing teams in real-time environments. A strong track record in delivering high-quality execution under pressure is essential. Key skills include being execution-focused, having a strong presence to lead teams and take control when needed, being detail-oriented to notice and fix small issues before they escalate, and being decisive to act quickly and confidently in live situations. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of the local language is a plus.
