Senior Motion Designer
BrainRocket is seeking a Senior Motion Designer specializing in 2D animation to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company, we develop end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative ideas and products that challenge the status quo.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 2D animations for brand and product videos. Collaborating closely with the Motion Graphics Design Lead and creative writers, you will contribute to concept ideation and visual storytelling, ensuring artistic consistency and technical excellence across all project deliverables. Additionally, you will mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their animation skills.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of professional experience in motion design or animation, with advanced proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite. A strong sense of composition, movement, and visual rhythm is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering polished, storytelling-driven motion work. Leadership skills, creative initiative, and a collaborative approach are also key attributes for this position.
