Senior Mobile Software Engineer
Accela is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing our mobile application. In this role, you will collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, cross-platform mobile solutions that improve performance, maintainability, and user experience.
As a Mobile Developer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing robust mobile application features with a strong focus on performance and responsiveness. You will write unit tests, document code, and adhere to established software development best practices. Participating in the full development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation, testing, and deployment, you will also contribute to planning, estimation, and technical discussions during grooming and sprint planning sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional software development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in mobile application development. Strong experience building cross-platform mobile or web applications using Angular is essential, along with a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with version control systems such as Git are also required.
