Senior Migration Specialist

BrainRocket is seeking a Senior Migration Specialist to lead immigration and relocation processes for employees and their families moving to Spain. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition for new team members, aligning with BrainRocket's rapid expansion and commitment to excellence.

The Senior Migration Specialist will manage the entire visa and work permit process, from document collection and review to submission and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating translations and notarizations, liaising with local authorities and legal partners, and serving as the primary expert on migration-related matters. The role also involves developing and refining relocation processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Candidates must have proven experience in Spanish immigration procedures and a strong knowledge of migration law. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with a network of trusted legal and migration contacts in Spain. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in a Slavic language is considered a plus. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is crucial for success in this position.
