Senior/Middle Technical Writer

BrainRocket is seeking a skilled Senior/Middle Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Valencia, Spain. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 innovative professionals is dedicated to creating and launching impactful products.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both internal and external technical documentation in English. Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing documentation within our wiki for efficient user access, interpreting complex technical information, and collaborating with various teams to produce precise and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences. Additionally, you will document SDK and API information using tools like Swagger, create visual aids to enhance comprehension, and utilize AI tools and prompt-engineering techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira software, and advanced-level English skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous. A portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation work is also required.
