This role focuses on planning and executing global event media strategies across various markets and time zones to enhance attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels.

The Senior Media Executive will be responsible for cultivating and optimizing relationships with media outlets to establish long-term partnerships. Key duties include executing media strategies, researching media opportunities, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new opportunities within the media market, managing new activations from commercial negotiations to technical integrations, maintaining budget control to achieve positive ROI, analyzing external media needs, and developing strategic models and reports. Ensuring timely completion and delivery of projects is also a critical aspect of this position.

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in the traditional media industry, specifically in TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required. Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential, and knowledge of a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrating alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix to align with specific brand objectives. Experience in both media planning and buying, along with the ability to stay abreast of the evolving media landscape, is crucial. Experience in affiliate marketing is considered a plus. The role requires a dynamic, proactive, and ambitious individual who is solution-focused, with the right attitude being key to success.
