This role is pivotal in planning and executing global event media strategies across various markets and time zones, aiming to drive attendance, revenue, and brand impact through traditional marketing channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance Fever's presence in the live entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities include growing and optimizing existing media-outlet relationships to establish successful and long-term partnerships. The role involves executing media strategies and tactics, researching media opportunities, and presenting findings to internal and external partners. Additionally, the Senior Media Executive will identify and actively seek new opportunities within the media market, manage new activations from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations, and maintain accurate control of budget spend on campaigns related to positive ROI objectives. The position also requires analyzing work needs related to external media and developing strategic models and reports, ensuring the completion and delivery of projects on time.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the traditional media industry, specifically in TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is required. Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English is essential, and a second language such as Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese is a plus. The candidate should understand the role and potential of alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix to integrate them with specific brand goals and objectives. Experience in both media planning and buying, along with the ability to stay ahead of the ever-evolving media landscape, is crucial. Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus. The role requires a dynamic, proactive, and ambitious individual who is solution-focused, with the understanding that while aptitude is important, attitude is key.
