Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Specialist to support our EMEA marketing organization within a fast-paced cybersecurity company. This role is responsible for tier 3 event execution, marketing administration and regional marketing support across multiple countries in EMEA.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly structured, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and processes across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, reconciliation, and invoice processing for EMEA marketing activities.

- Manage vendor onboarding and procurement processes across multiple EMEA regions.
