Senior Marketing Operations Manager (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager (x/f/m) to lead strategic go-to-market and customer marketing projects within the B2B sector. This role serves as a central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Customer Excellence, and IT/Ops, ensuring data-driven decision-making for cross-functional initiatives. The position is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing two days of remote work per week.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and management of semi-annual product release campaigns, coordinating all involved teams, tracking key performance indicators, and managing risks. The role also involves leading cross-functional lead generation task forces to optimize Salesforce processes, lead routing, conversion rates, and re-engagement frameworks. Additionally, the manager will coordinate product-led growth initiatives, establish scalable self-serve growth channels, and supervise a CRM Operations Associate, ensuring data quality and process automation.
The ideal candidate possesses several years of project management experience, preferably in a scaling tech or SaaS environment, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead complex projects. Experience with marketing-sales processes and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate structured, data-driven thinking combined with pragmatic execution skills and excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
