Senior Marketing Analyst (Rocket Travel by Agoda)
The Senior Marketing Analyst at Rocket Travel by Agoda will play a pivotal role in providing strategic marketing guidance and support to our white-label travel platform partners. This position involves close collaboration with Partner Managers, Product Owners, and the broader Marketing team to understand partners' business models and objectives, advising on impactful marketing initiatives to drive platform growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that align with partners' goals, analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to inform marketing decisions. The role also involves guiding partners to adopt strategies that align with both their objectives and our business goals, focusing on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring long-term partner satisfaction. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, analytics, and operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment of initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce, travel, or SaaS environments. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong analytical skills are essential, including basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregates), with advanced knowledge (window functions, CTEs) considered a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex marketing strategies to stakeholders and motivate them to adopt strategic decisions. Experience in a consultative or advisory role, preferably with a consulting background, and a proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives successfully are also important.
The annual salary range for this position in the New York City and Chicago metropolitan areas is $110,000 to $138,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, the role is eligible for an annual bonus.
