Senior/Managing Associate - Corporate (Energy, Infrastructure and Real Asset Investment)

Foot Anstey LLP is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its Corporate team, focusing on Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Asset Investment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a specialized practice within one of the firm's largest groups, emphasizing transactions centered around energy, infrastructure, and real estate assets. The position is flexible across the firm's office locations, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the firm's offerings in real asset investments, handling a variety of national and international transactions, including cross-border investments in high-value assets. Collaboration with sector-specific teams across the firm, such as those in energy, infrastructure development, and Islamic finance, will be integral to the role. Additionally, the role involves engaging in business development activities to enhance the team's and firm's market presence.

Applicants should have experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer and exposure to corporate transactions focused on energy, infrastructure, or real estate assets. Experience with cross-border transactions, Islamic finance, or real asset investment funds is preferable but not essential. A self-motivated, client and market-focused approach, along with a passion for innovation and collaboration, is highly valued.
